The following are projects I worked on for Terranova Corporation, Florida’s leading commercial real estate advisory firm. Terranova is involved with over $1 billion in commercial real estate assets for its clients and its own portfolio.
At Terranova Corporation, I conceptualized and designed the company’s property portfolio. Both print collateral and web outlets were utilized to market each property. As the company's only graphic designer, I was responsible for preparing all pre-press files and maintaining sole communication with production vendors to ensure brand consistency.
Many site plans that we received for properties were B&W line drawings, so I redesigned each property’s site plan in a more appealing, illustrative style. I used the original plans as well as aerial photos and Google Maps:

Using demographic information and market statistics, such as total inventory, vacancy rate and average rent, I designed Market Reports each quarter. These were distributed throughout the real estate market and were available for download on the Terranova website:
